Release maven-eFaps-plugin 2.0.0-7.1.6.v20100715

The maven-eFaps-plugin does not use any more the maven5 plugin from eFaps. Instead the Annotation plugin form Jforg is used. Any further work on the maven5 plugin is now canceled and the project will be removed.
