New Checkstyle Definition

eFaps changes from the old checkstyle to a new one. The main difference is that eFaps now also uses size 4 indentation and a line length of maximum 120.
Also the author of a class is not anymore written into the class. Instead we use:
@author The eFaps Team
The idea is that using svn explains much more who has done what with the specific class than just a name.
